📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our premium cigars and Traditional Indonesian Spices (TIS) products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cigar and TIS industries.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email marketing, and events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Manage our e-commerce platform to ensure seamless customer experience and high sales conversion rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing or retail.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
