• Translate documents, including contracts, reports, and marketing materials, into accurate and culturally appropriate Mandarin Chinese.
• Conduct interviews and assist in negotiations with Chinese-speaking partners to ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that translations are consistent and meet the highest quality standards.
• Use translation software, such as Trados Studio, MemoQ, and SDL Trados, to enhance your translation skills and productivity.

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve translation processes and tools.
• Assist in the development and implementation of translation guidelines and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mandarin Chinese translation.
• Proficient in using translation software, such as Trados Studio, MemoQ, and SDL Trados.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, with a strong understanding of Chinese culture and business practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Mandarin Chinese translation or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in the industrial sector or with Chinese-speaking clients is a plus.
