📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget reports.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and special tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents for audits and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
