• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring regular and engaging content distribution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media partners to amplify brand reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and event management, with a focus on the paint industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Insights.
