📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar software
• Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure timely payment and collection
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filings
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and practices
