📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain complex manufacturing machinery, including Tetra Pak filling and sealing machines, and Clextral extruders.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency, adhering to strict production standards and guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, working closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machinery performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Tetra Pak and Clextral machinery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and production standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
