📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the palm oil plantation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Indonesian Palm Oil Association.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess operational performance and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil plantation management, with a focus on PKS operations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in palm oil plantation management.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
