📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain patient records and medical charts using our electronic health record system (Epic).
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Process insurance claims and manage billing for ICU patients.
• Schedule and manage appointments for ICU patients and healthcare providers.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of ICU supplies and equipment.
• Provide administrative support for ICU procedures and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the ICU.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in an ICU setting.
• Certification in Medical Records or Healthcare Administration (CMR, RHIA, or similar).
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
