📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on strategic HR.
• Proven track record of implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
