📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee financial operations across 2–3 distribution centers, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory valuation.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and support the company’s growth objectives.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and budgeting processes to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with distribution center managers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the distribution center teams to help them achieve their financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or controller role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the beauty and personal care industry is a plus.
