• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process card payments using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are completed smoothly.
• Pack customer orders neatly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Keep the café clean and tidy, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and reporting any shortages.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
• Experience with POS systems, particularly those used in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management practices.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
