Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor and maintain quality standards,Lead and motivate a team of employees,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations,Implement and enforce safety protocols,Conduct regular performance evaluations,Resolve employee issues and conflicts,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role,Proven track record in quality assurance and process improvement,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience with team building and conflict resolution,Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
