📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and portion control.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency.,Develop and implement new recipes with the Head Chef.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new cooking techniques.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food safety and hygiene certificate.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
