Shine Home Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your expertise will help us maintain a highly skilled workforce, contributing to the company's success and growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes, products, and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to ensure they meet performance standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor employees.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
