📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures and other assisted reproductive technologies (ART) with precision and care.,Monitoring and assessing the quality of embryos, ensuring the highest success rates for our patients.,Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans for individual patients.,Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all procedures and patient data.,Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in the field of reproductive medicine.,Providing excellent patient care and support, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for our patients.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and improve our services.,Assisting in the supervision and training of junior embryologists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Embryology, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical embryology laboratory.,Certification from a recognized embryology training program.,Strong knowledge of IVF protocols, embryo culture, and assisted reproductive technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software.
