PT Kencana Bumi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Distribution Officer to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the distribution operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distribution processes and a proven track record in managing distribution teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet company goals and customer demands.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the distribution team.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution operations or a similar role.,Proven track record in managing distribution teams and processes.,Strong understanding of distribution management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution challenges is a plus.
