We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and overseeing the entire contract lifecycle. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and negotiate construction contracts, including design-build, construction management, and traditional contracts.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including Indonesian construction laws and international standards.,Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from preparation and negotiation to execution and close-out.,Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms are met and project objectives are achieved.,Monitor contract performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present contract reports, including financial and performance metrics, to stakeholders.,Liaise with legal and procurement teams to address contract disputes and ensure timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on construction projects.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and international standards.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
