📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create detailed 3D models and renderings using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Develop and refine architectural design concepts
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life
- Present 3D visualizations to clients and team members
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in architectural visualization
- Assist in the development of design documentation and presentations
- Contribute to the overall creative direction of projects
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in 3D architectural visualization
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D architectural work
- Familiarity with rendering software such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer is a plus
