📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis to support decision-making.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
