📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage HR documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
