As a Deputy HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing and coordinating HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the HR Manager in managing and coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Handle and process employee leave requests, absences, and other HR-related issues.,Support the HR Manager in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English skills are a plus.,Valid Indonesian work permit and ID card.
