📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.,Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of business initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
