Every day, you'll be responsible for preparing dough, shaping bread, and ensuring each loaf meets our high standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and mix dough using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques.
• Shape and proof bread according to specific recipes and standards.
• Bake bread in industrial ovens, monitoring temperature and timing to ensure perfect results.
• Package and label finished products for distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, following strict sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bread making or a related baking role.
• Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques and processes.
• Familiarity with industrial baking equipment and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
