📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices with high accuracy
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the finance team
- Assist in the preparation of year-end closing activities
- Support the finance team in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related roles
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
