📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve overall business objectives.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
