Tracebuild E and C is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the costing, budgeting, and financial aspects of our construction and renovation projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction and renovation projects.,Monitor project costs and expenses, and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.,Review and approve contractor invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities to improve project profitability.,Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.,Prepare and present cost reports and financial analyses to stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date project financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction and renovation projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and financial reporting tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CQS, or equivalent) is a plus.
