Tech Town Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement activities, including purchasing, receiving, and storing materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet production and operational needs.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
