📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate the work of the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the dental industry.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage the clinic's budget, including expenses and revenue, to ensure financial stability.,Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and services.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
