Shop Town Corporindo is seeking a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited HR experience to gain practical knowledge and skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle HR administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.,Provide general HR support to managers and employees, addressing inquiries and concerns.,Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
