📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions to mitigate those risks.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on internal controls and compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of internal audit activities.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in internal auditing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
