Moon Code Unggul is looking for a talented Telesales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work both remotely and in-office. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home and our office in Sanur. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.,Develop and maintain a strong client database and track sales performance.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities.,Attend and participate in company events and team meetings.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
