📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and sales promotions.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and sales floor.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability.,Assist with online sales and customer service via phone or email.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic computer and cash register systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and online).
