You'll work closely with department heads to understand their needs and develop tailored HR solutions. Your days will be filled with a mix of administrative tasks, employee relations, and strategic planning, all while using industry-standard tools like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Partner with department heads to understand operational needs and develop HR solutions that align with business objectives
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Coordinate training and development programs, working with internal and external trainers
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using SAP SuccessFactors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in BambooHR
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to drive improvements
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to managers and employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization
• Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
