📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment requests.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.,Provide administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and other financial obligations.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide support in the implementation of internal controls and financial policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance administration role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
