📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food for service, including plating and garnishing.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special events and catering services when required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
